Neyam Foundation is a registered public charitable Trust in Tamil Nadu, India, dedicated to healthcare, surgery support, mental wellness, and community health development. Our registered office is located at No. 10, Sri Nagar, VOC Bypass Road, Karaikal — 609602, Tamil Nadu, India.

• Donations to Neyam Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

• Donations will be used exclusively for activities outlined on our Site or in donor communications — primarily free medical camps, surgery funding, and wellness support.
• You acknowledge that we may allocate donations at our discretion to areas of greatest need within our programs.

5 Volunteer Participation

• Participation as a volunteer is at your own risk. Neyam Foundation is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during volunteer activities unless caused by our negligence.
• You must adhere to our guidelines, complete any required orientation, and comply with all health and safety protocols at all times.
• Neyam Foundation reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time for non-compliance or conduct detrimental to our mission.
